Airline group booking is the process of reserving 10 or more seats on the same flight at a specially negotiated group fare — significantly lower than buying individual tickets. Group fares are offered by airlines through dedicated group desks, separate from their public websites.

How airline group booking works

1. Submit your route, travel date and number of passengers.
2. We request group fares from the airline's group desk.
3. You receive a confirmed quote with total fare and deposit amount.
4. Pay the deposit (25–40%) to hold the seats.
5. Submit passenger names by the cut-off date (7–21 days before travel).
6. Pay the balance and receive e-tickets.

Domestic and international groups

A domestic group needs a photo ID per passenger and can often be arranged close to the travel date if seats exist. An international group needs passports, and visas where required, and airlines usually want names earlier. Tell us the nationalities in the group when the trip is international so the document rules can be checked.

What a group request costs

Asking for a quote is free. Money is paid only when you accept a quote: first the deposit that holds the seats, then the balance by the date in the quote.

One invoice for the whole group

Companies and institutions get a single invoice for the booking, with GST details as given by you, instead of one receipt per ticket.
