- All fares are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Vistara group booking seats are subject to availability on first come first serve basis.
- Flight Schedule and Taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
- Flight delay due to Group passengers, the group will be charged @ 7500/- per minute of delay.
- No refunds will be given due to delay/cancellation in any circumstance which is out of airline control.
- All fares are valid for economy class with baggage allowance of 15 KG per passenger only.
- Airport check in starts 2.5 Hrs before the scheduled departure and close 45 Mints before departure.
- Minimum required 10 passengers or Group Size 10 Passengers for Vistara group booking.
- Required 25 % Advance payment at the time of confirmation which is (Non-Refundable).
- Full or Balance payment to be made before 21 days of Departure date.
- Passengers names not required at the time of confirmation. Name list must be updated before 7 days of departure date.
- If name list shared within 7 Day to 3 Day, it will be charged at INR 2200/- per person per sector.Name list will not be accepted within 3 Day and the group will be considered as No Show.
- If Vistara group will be considered as No Show or Gate No show, Only Airport Taxes Refundable.
- Group Strength Reduction only 10% reduction on Group Size Permitted before 7 days (Only before ticketing). Minimum group size to be maintained at 10 Passengers, less than that no refund will be granted.
- Cancellation before 7 days of Departure, Up to 10% at Nil charge and the rest will be chargeable at INR 2,200/- per pax per sector. Within 7 days of Departure only applicable taxes to be refunded.
- Date/Flight Change up to 7 days of Departure at INR 2,200/- per sector & Fare Difference per customer. Within 7 days of departure not Permitted for changes.(*Changes are subject to availability).
- Name Change before Ticketing at Nil charges & No name change allowed within 3 days of Departure date. Any Name Correction/Update will be charged INR 2,200/- per person per sector.
- Rerouting not Permitted for Vistara group booking.
