Airline Group Booking
If you are travelling in a group of minimum passengers 10 and more than 10 passengers, on the same flight/sector & same dates, you can book group booking. Airline group booking consists of 10 or more than 10 people travelling for a common purpose on the same flight and sector.

The benefit of Airline Group Booking is no need 100% payment for confirmation. If want to confirm the booking you have to pay only 25% of the total amount or INR 3000 per passenger per flight whichever is higher for booking conformation. You have to make the balance or rest payment when you will get the PNR from our side & before 21 days of departure date. Airline group booking service have required 100% payment for groups before 21 days of travel dates and there no extension/deviation will be offered for payment timelines.
PNR will be cancelled without notice if not adhered to the payment structure and amount will be forfeited.
Only one group with the same travel itinerary can be confirmed on one single flight.
Name list not required at the time of booking, names to be provided 7 days before departure.
Within D-7 no names can be updated.
At time of Name update, 100% payment must be received.
Name change not permitted at any time. Once names advised will be the final name list.
Cancellation 7 days or less prior to departure will be at 100% forfeiture of total amount. No refund will be given.
After cancellation, minimum 7 seats are required in a single departure date else it will be considered as FIT and current system fare will apply.
No refunds will be due for No-Show (only PSF amount will be paid).
Cancellations outside 7 days prior to departure permitted at a charge of INR 3000 per person per flight. Any remaining balance will be sent to a credit account which can be used towards remaining payment due.
The advantage of Group booking is no need to mention your passengers name before 7 days of your Departure dates. In a group booking needs only confirmation amount at the time of confirmation and the balance payment you can make before 21 days of the departure dates. Once you pay confirmation amount you will receive a confirmation mail with PNR number which shows your booking is confirmed.
