Airline Group Booking Procedure

Booking airline group tickets is different from individual bookings — it goes through the airline's group desk, not the public website. Here is the complete group booking procedure for any airline.

Step 1: Define your group travel requirements

• Route: departure city and destination city.
• Travel date and preferred departure time.
• Number of passengers (minimum 10).
• Class of travel: Economy or Business.
• Any special requirements: meals, wheelchair, infant seats.

Step 2: Submit a group fare inquiry

Contact us with the above details. We submit a group fare request to the airline's group desk. Response time is typically 24–48 business hours for domestic, 48–72 hours for international airlines.

Step 3: Review and accept the group fare quote

We share the airline's group fare — total cost, deposit amount and payment timeline. If acceptable, we proceed to hold the seats.

Step 4: Pay the deposit

Pay 25–40% of the total group fare. This holds all seats together on the confirmed flight. Seats are not guaranteed until the deposit is paid.

Step 5: Collect and submit passenger details

Gather passenger information — full name (as on passport/ID), date of birth, passport number (for international flights) and contact details. Submit by the airline's name deadline (7–21 days before travel).

Step 6: Pay the balance

Pay the remaining amount as per the payment schedule (typically 30–45 days before departure).

Step 7: Receive e-tickets

Once full payment is confirmed and names are accepted by the airline, e-tickets are issued for all passengers.

Step 8: Travel

All passengers use their individual e-tickets to check in. Group check-in assistance is available on request at most airports.

• International groups: book 60–90 days in advance.
• Domestic groups (peak season): book 45–60 days in advance.
• Domestic groups (off-peak): book 30–45 days in advance.
