Delhi to Bangkok is one of the busiest group routes out of India, and Thai Airways is among the carriers most often asked for on it — a full-service cabin, checked baggage included, and a Bangkok arrival that connects onward through the airline’s own network.
What a group gets on this route
- A fare quoted for your block and held for a validity window, rather than moving with demand
- Seats confirmed before the passenger list is final
- Checked baggage included, which on a leisure group is a real cost difference against a low-cost carrier
- One booking reference for the whole party
Why the route rewards booking early
Delhi to Bangkok fills on a seasonal pattern — holidays, weddings and the winter travel season all push the same weeks. Because a group fare is fixed once quoted while the public fare keeps climbing, the gap between them widens the earlier you ask. On this route that gap is usually the whole argument for booking as a group.
Thai Airways is not automatically the answer
Several carriers serve Delhi to Bangkok, including low-cost options that price a group sharply when baggage is not needed. The honest comparison is the full cost for your party — fare plus baggage plus what a connection is worth to you — rather than the headline number. A request here is quoted against every carrier on the route, Thai Airways included.
Send the travel date, the number of passengers and whether the return is fixed. Ten or more travelling together on one flight and date qualifies as a group.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many passengers make a group on Delhi to Bangkok?
Ten or more travelling together on the same flight and the same date, which is the standard threshold across the carriers serving this route.
Is checked baggage included on a Thai Airways group booking?
Thai Airways is a full-service carrier and its fares normally include checked baggage. The exact allowance is confirmed on your quote, because it varies by fare and cabin.
When should a Delhi to Bangkok group be booked?
As early as the plan is firm. The route fills on a seasonal pattern, and because a group fare is fixed once quoted, booking ahead of that curve is where the saving comes from.
Can we compare Thai Airways against other airlines on this route?
Yes, and you should. A group request here goes to every carrier serving Delhi to Bangkok, so the comparison covers full-service and low-cost options with baggage costed in.

We had a group booking for 125 passengers from Bangalore to Rajkot and in return which consisted of both Air and Road transport arrangements. Airline Group had provided us 24/7 support to ensure the safety and security of our passengers during their journey. They were very accommodating when it comes to the travel bookings as well as in extending a helping hand during the time of crisis. We appreciate the concern & professionalism displayed by the team, especially, Mr. Yogesh & Ms. Nandini and wish them all good for the future endeavours.

The company did an unbelievable job, right from negotiating and availing lowest airfares from GoAir.in and clearing all the doubts even the petty ones. Wishing God's blessings upon this company which has total dedication for a quality job and heartily wishing them for becoming more popular. Rev Fr David, Bangalore
