What you receive

• Guest names, dates and the property address as they will appear in your file

Why it costs so little

You are paying for a reservation, not for the room. Nothing is charged for the stay, because the stay is not being bought. That is the same logic as a flight hold: the document evidences an intended plan while a visa is pending.

Matching it to your flights

The dates on the hotel voucher should line up with the arrival and departure on your flight reservation. Mismatched dates are one of the most common reasons a document set raises questions instead of answering them.

The honest caveat

Some missions ask for a paid, non-refundable booking, and a few ask to see the payment. Where that is the requirement, a reservation voucher is not what they are asking for. Check the checklist for your mission before you buy, and treat any seller who tells you the requirement does not matter as a seller rather than an adviser.
