  • Balance payment is due 45 days before departure unless otherwise specified.
  • Name submission deadlines vary by airline (typically 7–21 days before travel).

Cancellation and refund

  • Cancellation charges apply per person per sector as per airline rules.
  • Refunds are processed after deducting airline-imposed charges.
  • No-show passengers forfeit their fare.
